Floral Assistant

As a Floral Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced florists to assist in creating beautiful floral arrangements for our clients. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about plants and flowers and eager to learn more about the art of floral design.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation of flowers, including trimming stems, removing thorns, and organizing them for arrangements
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Assisting with packaging and delivering orders to clients
- Learning various techniques for arranging flowers, including hand-tied bouquets, centerpieces, and wedding arrangements
- Communicating with clients to understand their specific requests and preferences
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Participating in event set-up and breakdown as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for plants and flowers
- Willingness to learn from experienced florists
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Must be comfortable standing for extended periods of time

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Ajman, United Arab Emirates
