Project Manager - Vianden, Egypt/Canada

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Vianden. As a critical member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within budget and on time. Your main goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed successfully, meeting quality standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals and deliverables
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring they stay within allocated funds
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to provide updates on project status and address any issues that arise
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide regular reports on project progress to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management role
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience working on international projects
- Fluency in English (or French for Canadian applicants)

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$, plus benefits package. This is a full-time position based in Vianden with occasional travel required.
