IT Manager


We are hiring an experienced and skilled IT Manager to oversee the technology operations of our company. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our systems, networks, and software to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of our business.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's goals
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and networks within the organization
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in order to provide innovative solutions for the company's needs
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT equipment
- Ensure data security and backups are in place to protect company information
- Train employees on new technology systems and provide technical support when needed
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Manage relationships with external vendors for hardware or software purchases

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role as an IT Manager or similar position
- Strong knowledge of network administration, database management, system security, and disaster recovery
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-tech individuals
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing a team

Salary: 900$ per month

Location: Ufa

Preference: Indian candidates preferred but not required. Must be able to speak English fluently. This is a contract job without accommodation provided. Free visa and ticket will be provided.
