Job Title: Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for performing land surveys and providing accurate measurements and data for construction projects. You will use specialized equipment and software to create maps, diagrams, and reports that detail the terrain, boundaries, and structures of a given area. Your duties will also include analyzing survey data, preparing legal descriptions and documentation, and ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and standards. The ideal candidate must have experience in land surveying, strong analytical skills, and excellent attention to detail. This position is based in Nakuru but open to Indian nationals with proficiency in English.

Salary: $1300 per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying.
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and laser scanners.
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate results.
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Experience with AutoCAD or other mapping software is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and laser scanners.
- Create maps and diagrams using specialized software such as AutoCAD.
- Gather field data on terrain features, boundaries, structures, etc.
- Analyze survey data to identify any errors or discrepancies.

- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate survey activities.
- Maintain accurate records of all survey data collected.
