Experienced Fitter in Akron, USA



We are currently hiring an experienced Fitter to join our team in Akron, USA. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and installing various mechanical parts and equipment according to blueprints and technical specifications. This position is suitable for Indian nationals with English proficiency who are looking for a challenging and rewarding job opportunity.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to determine assembly procedures
- Measure and mark cutting lines on material using measuring tape, ruler, or template
- Use hand tools such as wrenches, pliers, hammers, and screwdrivers to assemble parts
- Operate power tools such as grinders and drills to shape or cut materials
- Test assembled parts to ensure proper functioning
- Install mechanical components such as bearings, motors, gears, belts, and valves
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Fitter in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Technical Degree or Certification is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills in English; ability to communicate in Hindi is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
