We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional design solutions for various projects. Your main goal will be to turn our clients' visions into reality by producing detailed drawings and plans.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for design development
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Present design concepts to clients and make revisions based on their feedback
- Work closely with project managers and construction teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
