As a florist in Vilnius, Lithuania, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events. Your duties will include selecting and arranging flowers, organizing and maintaining inventory, and consulting with clients to ensure their vision is brought to life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Selecting and purchasing high-quality flowers from suppliers
- Arranging flowers in creative and visually appealing ways
- Keeping track of inventory levels and ordering new supplies when needed
- Consulting with clients to understand their floral needs and preferences
- Preparing cost estimates for clients based on their requests
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:
- Experience in floral design or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of different types of flowers and how to care for them
- Creative eye for design and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if necessary

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
