Floral Assistant/Trainee Florist
We are a busy flower shop located in the vibrant city of Vilnius, and we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Floral Assistant/Trainee Florist. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about flowers and wants to learn the trade from experienced professionals.
As a Floral Assistant/Trainee Florist, you will be responsible for assisting our senior florists with creating beautiful floral arrangements and bouquets for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events. You will also be trained in basic flower care techniques, such as conditioning and preserving flowers to ensure their longevity.
This position is suitable for individuals who have a keen eye for detail, are creative and have a passion for working with flowers. While prior experience in floral design is not required, some knowledge or interest in the field would be advantageous.
We are looking for someone who is able to work full-time and has flexibility with their schedule as we often have orders that need to be fulfilled outside of regular business hours. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential in this role.
As this position does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship, we prefer candidates with their own valid visa or those who are eligible to work in Vilnius without sponsorship. This job would also suit students or individuals seeking entry-level positions without prior experience.
