Part-Time English Speaking Tester (Kaunas, Lithuania)

We are hiring a part-time English speaking tester to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a tester, you will be responsible for conducting quality assurance tests on software and applications to ensure they meet the required standards before release. This is an ideal position for students or individuals with experience in testing who are looking for a flexible, part-time job.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality assurance tests on software and applications to identify any bugs or issues
- Create and execute test cases based on project requirements
- Document and report any defects found during testing
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Participate in meetings and discussions to provide feedback on testing results
- Continuously improve testing processes and strategies

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in software testing or related field is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or Bugzilla is a plus
