Office Manager - Pakistan Contract Position
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Bungoma, Pakistan. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, including managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for staff members and clients
- Ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with various HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Communicate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Handle any issues or concerns that arise within the office
Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Contract job with accommodation provided
Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
