Job Title: Customer Service Cashier (Egyptian)
We are currently seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Cashier to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Egypt. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer transactions at the point of sale, handling cash and credit card payments, and providing excellent customer service. This is a part-time position without accommodation, suitable for someone with their own visa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
- Scan items and process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Ensure all prices are accurate and any discrepancies are resolved promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Follow all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Must have own visa
