Cashier

We are in search of a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, maintaining accurate records of sales, and providing exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent math skills, and can work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with their purchases
- Process all transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register
- Ensure that prices are accurate and all products are properly scanned
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer questions about products or prices
- Keep track of inventory levels and notify management when products need to be restocked
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proven work experience as a Cashier or in a similar role
- Basic math skills with the ability to handle cash accurately
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and positive attitude towards customers
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
