Waiter/Waitress



We are a high-end restaurant in Lusail seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This position is suitable for Indian nationals who are looking for entry-level positions or students looking for part-time jobs.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and make recommendations based on customers' preferences
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately
- Monitor table turnover to ensure efficient service
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure accuracy of orders
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
- Assist with setting up tables for special events or parties

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
