We are currently hiring an online tutor to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As an online tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality educational support and guidance to students of various ages and academic levels. Your main duties will include creating lesson plans, conducting online classes, and assessing student progress. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the subject they are teaching, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month and includes accommodation. Indian nationality preferred. Valid visa required.

As an online tutor, your responsibilities will include:

- Creating lesson plans and educational materials based on the curriculum provided
- Conducting online classes through video conferencing platforms
- Providing personalized instruction and guidance to students based on their individual needs
- Assessing student progress and providing feedback on areas for improvement
- Communicating with parents or guardians regarding student performance and progress
- Collaborating with other tutors and educators to share resources and strategies for teaching effectively
- Staying up-to-date with current educational trends and incorporating them into teaching methods

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a tutor or teacher in the subject area you will be teaching
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds is preferred
- Strong knowledge of the subject area and ability to create engaging lesson plans
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
