Online Consultant - Vilnius, Lithuania
As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients through various online channels. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention by addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information about products/services offered
- Assisting customers with placing orders, making payments, and resolving any issues they may encounter
- Building strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business
- Monitoring online platforms (website, social media) for any potential issues or negative feedback and taking appropriate actions to resolve them
- Conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences, as well as staying updated on industry trends
- Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to type quickly and accurately
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communication tools
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Must have your own visa/permit to work in Lithuania
Salary: Starting at 1000$ per month, negotiable based on experience.
