We are hiring a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Utena, Canada or Kathmandu, Nepal. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing algorithms and models to analyze large datasets and solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems
- Conduct data mining, preprocessing, and feature engineering tasks
- Build and maintain data pipelines for efficient data processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
- Train and evaluate machine learning models using various techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, etc.
- Continuously monitor model performance and make necessary improvements
- Develop tools and frameworks for automated testing and deployment of machine learning models

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing machine learning models
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java or C++
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms (e.g. regression, classification)
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is preferred
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
