Job Title: Foundryman

We are hiring a skilled Foundryman to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Foundryman, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining foundry equipment to produce quality metal castings. Your duties will include melting and pouring metal, creating molds, and performing quality checks on finished products. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the foundry industry and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate foundry equipment such as furnaces, ladles, and molding machines
- Melt metal and pour it into molds according to specifications
- Create molds by pouring sand or other materials around patterns or models
- Perform quality checks on finished products using various tools and measurements
- Repair or replace damaged molds as needed
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a foundry setting
- Familiarity with foundry equipment and processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
