We are in need of a Junior Construction Manager to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As a Junior Construction Manager, you will assist the senior construction manager in overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects. Your role will involve coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the senior construction manager in planning and organizing construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to review drawings, specifications, and other project documents.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.
- Manage project budgets and track expenses.
- Monitor project progress and ensure that work is being carried out according to schedule.
- Supervise construction workers on site and ensure that safety protocols are being followed.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify any issues or delays and take necessary actions to resolve them.
- Communicate regularly with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
- Ensure that quality standards are met by conducting quality checks on materials and workmanship.
- Keep detailed records of all project activities including progress reports, change orders, RFIs, etc.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in construction management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, methods, and equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic language skills would be an advantage).
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Biometric passport (Indian nationality preferred).

Salary:
1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
