Courier Supervisor


We are searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Courier Supervisor to join our team in Lom, India. As a Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our courier services. This role requires excellent leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage a team of couriers and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of couriers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages
- Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency and reduce costs
- Train new couriers on company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, expenses, and other relevant data
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of logistics operations
- Conduct performance evaluations for couriers and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local laws, and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in courier services or logistics management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns in Lom is preferred
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for tracking deliveries
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Must be physically fit to handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds
