Barista - Coffee Specialist



We are a bustling café located in the charming city of Albena and we are in need of a skilled Barista to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a coffee enthusiast who is passionate about creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and more
- Ensure quality control of all beverages made
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items and ingredients to provide recommendations to customers
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate coffee machines and other equipment properly
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Restock supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry preferred
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

Salary: $1800 per month
