Commercial Architect (Filipino) in Izhevsk, Russia

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, hotels, and shopping centers.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with clients to determine their needs and requirements for commercial building projects
- Creating design concepts and presenting them to clients for approval
- Developing detailed construction plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws
- Overseeing the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
- Managing a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience working as an architect on commercial building projects
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws in Russia
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Izhevsk, Russia (Filipino nationality preferred)
