Data Analytics Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Collecting, cleaning, and organizing large datasets from various sources
- Developing and implementing data models and algorithms to analyze complex data sets
- Identifying patterns and trends in data to provide insights and support decision-making processes
- Creating visualizations and reports to present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred:
- Experience working with large datasets using distributed computing tools such as Hadoop or Spark
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques for predictive modeling
- Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud
