Data Analytics Specialist



As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to drive business decisions and strategies. You will work closely with the team to identify key trends and insights, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data using statistical techniques
- Develop and implement data models to support business objectives
- Identify patterns and trends in large datasets to uncover valuable insights
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics or a similar role
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as R or Python
- Experience using SQL for querying databases is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a simplified manner
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
