Responsibilities:
- Perform general office tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with data entry and record-keeping
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Assist with organizing meetings and events
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
- Must be of Egyptian nationality with own visa in the USA (no English proficiency required)
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- No prior experience required - training will be provided
Salary: $1700 per month (all inclusive)
