Senior Architect - Contract Position (Visa Sponsorship Available)


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Akron. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available, catering to individuals from all nationalities. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for architectural projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and models using computer-aided design software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other relevant regulations
- Conduct site visits and assess project progress through regular inspections
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Mentor and supervise junior architects and interns

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in commercial or residential projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or other relevant software
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction methods
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines
- Leadership skills to mentor junior architects

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this contract position.

Location:
This job is based in Akron but open to individuals from all nationalities with visa sponsorship available.
