Job Title: Indian Administrator in Nakuru with Accommodation
Our company, located in Nakuru, is seeking an experienced Indian Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations including filing, scheduling appointments, and responding to emails and phone calls.
- Create and maintain efficient systems for managing paperwork and records.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Handle financial transactions such as invoicing, billing, and payroll.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management.
Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with experience working as an Administrator.
- Proficiency in English is preferred but not required.
