We are seeking an experienced Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in the production process. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines during production
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on machines
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Ensure quality control standards are met
- Adhere to safety procedures and regulations at all times
- Maintain accurate records of production data
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience as a machine operator in a factory setting preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical manuals and diagrams
- Basic understanding of quality control principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
