We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Moderator to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining online forums, discussion boards, and social media platforms to ensure that all content posted meets our community guidelines. This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate online forums, discussion boards, and social media platforms
- Review user-generated content for compliance with community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and comments in a timely manner
- Identify and report any inappropriate or harmful content to the appropriate team members
- Collaborate with other moderators to develop and implement community management strategies
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management

Requirements:
- Native English speaker preferred
- Must have experience in moderating online communities or similar role
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours
