Moderator for Online Community (Ufa, Russia)


We are currently seeking a Moderator for our growing online community in Ufa, Russia. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing user-generated content on our platform. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content and ensure it adheres to our community guidelines
- Engage with users and respond to inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Facilitate discussions and encourage positive interactions within the community
- Identify and address any issues or conflicts within the community
- Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for growing and improving the community
- Stay updated on industry news and trends to provide relevant and valuable content to the community

Requirements:
- Fluency in Russian is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities
- Experience in community management or moderation is preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
