Industrial Architect - Ufa, Russia

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for creating and designing functional and efficient spaces for industrial buildings in Ufa, Russia. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into innovative and practical design solutions. This role requires strong technical skills as well as a creative mindset to develop designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. Additionally, you will collaborate with other architects and engineers to ensure that all aspects of the project are cohesive and meet industry standards. This position offers a salary of 1300$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred:
- Experience working on industrial projects in Ufa or similar climate/cultural context
- Fluency in English and Russian (Nepali language skills are a plus)
- Part-time availability for those seeking flexible hours or additional projects
