We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a prestigious restaurant in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative and high-quality dishes, as well as strong leadership skills to manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining food safety standards. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1200$ and includes a free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative menus that meet the restaurant's standards and appeal to customers
- Plan and supervise the preparation of all dishes, ensuring they are executed to perfection
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Collaborate with management on budgeting and cost control measures
- Build relationships with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients at competitive prices
- Continuously strive for improvement in menu offerings and presentation

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate team members
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with other departments and suppliers
- Attention to detail in menu planning, food preparation, plating, and presentation
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred
