Office Assistant in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Our company is currently seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a Kenyan national with fluency in English and previous experience working in an office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support such as answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as recording expenses and processing payments
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the office
Requirements:
- Kenyan nationality preferred
- Fluency in English is a must
- Previous experience working as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary: $1600 per month
