Office Assistant - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Jeddah. This is a contract position with a salary of 900$. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate person
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist in organizing meetings and events
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and tracking expenses
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
