We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team in Lom. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing excellent hair cutting and styling services to our clients, with a focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and provide excellent customer service
- Consult with clients to determine their desired haircut or style
- Provide hair cutting, styling, and grooming services according to client requests
- Suggest suitable hairstyles based on client's hair type and facial features
- Ensure clean and sanitary work environment at all times
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Keep up-to-date with latest hair trends and techniques
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber in a salon or barbershop setting
- Excellent knowledge of hair cutting, styling, and grooming techniques for men
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills with ability to listen to client's requests
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina for standing long hours and performing repetitive motions
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification from a barbering program is preferred
