Junior Industrial Architect in Moscow, Egypt or Canada



As a Junior Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and planning of industrial buildings and facilities. You will work closely with senior architects and engineers to develop innovative and functional designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating detailed architectural drawings and plans for industrial buildings, such as factories, warehouses, and production facilities.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project requirements.
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop concept designs, including layouts, materials, and building systems.
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create accurate 2D and 3D models of proposed structures.
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws.
- Review project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed within constraints.
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the construction process.

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Knowledge of industrial building design principles, construction methods, materials, and systems.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other CAD software.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills in English (other languages such as Russian or French are an asset).
- Availability for occasional travel within Russia or overseas.

Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Are Egyptian or Canadian citizens/residents.
- Have experience working on industrial projects.
- Possess entry-level experience using Revit or other BIM software.
