Entry-Level Turner - Washington, USA



As an entry-level Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining lathes, grinders, and other tools to shape metal pieces into precise parts. You will work with a team of experienced professionals to complete orders and ensure quality standards are met. This is a contract position suitable for Indian nationals without prior experience. Accommodation will be provided to successful candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Operate lathes, grinders, and other machines to shape metal pieces
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Measure and mark dimensions on workpieces using precision instruments
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain equipment by performing regular maintenance tasks
- Adhere to safety regulations and keep work area clean

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- No prior experience required, but basic knowledge of turning techniques is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions
- Able to communicate in English

Salary: 1400$ per month
