Hotel Maintenance Engineer


We are hiring a skilled Hotel Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Hotel Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of all hotel equipment and facilities. This includes conducting routine inspections, identifying and troubleshooting issues, and performing repairs and upgrades as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel equipment, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other mechanical systems
- Identify potential issues and troubleshoot problems in a timely manner
- Perform necessary repairs and upgrades to maintain the proper functioning of all equipment
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to management
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance tasks that will minimize disruption to guests
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a hotel or similar environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings to troubleshoot complex issues
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage)
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions

Compensation:
This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1100$ per month. We also offer medical insurance, paid time off, training opportunities, and other benefits.
