Hotel Maintenance Engineer (Indian Nationality Preferred)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Hotel Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all equipment, facilities, and systems within the hotel. This includes but is not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine maintenance checks on all equipment and facilities in the hotel
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Monitor and maintain proper functioning of all hotel equipment and facilities
- Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance services
- Keep records of all maintenance activities including repairs and replacements
- Coordinate with outside contractors for larger repairs or projects
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Train new maintenance staff as needed
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a hotel or similar setting
- Extensive knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues quickly and effectively
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written; fluency in English preferred but not required

Salary: 1300$ per month

Location: Al-Rayyan, Qatar
