Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Respond promptly to repair requests from tenants or property managers
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC systems, appliances, and other equipment
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance work performed
- Ensure that all safety standards are met while performing tasks
- Assist with renovations or remodeling projects as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry techniques
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
