Mason Supervisor


We are currently hiring for a Mason Supervisor to join our team in Akron. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of masons on various construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of masons, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to high quality standards
- Read blueprints and plans to determine materials and specifications required for each project
- Order necessary materials and supplies, ensuring timely delivery to job sites
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Inspect work in progress to ensure it meets specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate with other tradespeople on the job site to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a mason, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools used in masonry work
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, and technical drawings
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train team members effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
