Waiter/Waitress



We are currently searching for a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Hawalli, Kuwait. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$, suitable for men with experience in the hospitality industry and excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate should be able to work well under pressure, have a friendly and professional demeanor, and possess excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus, take orders, and make recommendations
- Serve food and beverages to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up for new guests
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
- Maintain a clean and organized work station

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent English communication skills, knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong customer service skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Indian nationality preferred
- Accommodation, visa, and ticket provided
