Cashier - Al Buraymi, Oman
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cashier to join our team in Al Buraymi. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing sales transactions, handling cash and credit card payments, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong math skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with purchases
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash and credit card payments
- Maintain a neat and organized cash register area
- Answer customer inquiries about products, prices, and promotions
- Ensure all merchandise is properly tagged and priced
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Keep track of inventory levels and restock products as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong math skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Customer service oriented
- Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
