Indian Accountant in Mombasa


We are hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Indian Accountant to join our team in Mombasa. As an Indian Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent analytical skills. This is a part-time position without accommodation, suitable for candidates with their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and tax payments
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Monitor budgetary variances and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other team members to complete financial tasks efficiently
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in accounting practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized university
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accountant or similar role
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards (IFRS)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required for this position

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this part-time position.
