Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with strong accounting knowledge and excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions and record-keeping.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues.
- Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and accurate financial reporting.
- Communicate effectively with both English-speaking and Filipino-speaking stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Accountant.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.
