Insurance Claims Adjuster

As an Insurance Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims to determine coverage and ensure proper compensation for policyholders. You will work closely with clients, witnesses, and other professionals to gather information and evidence related to the claim. You must possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail in order to accurately assess the extent of damages and determine appropriate compensation. Additionally, excellent communication skills are essential as you will be required to explain complex insurance policies and procedures to clients in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities:
- Investigate insurance claims by gathering information from clients, witnesses, and other relevant sources
- Analyze policy coverage and determine the extent of damages
- Collaborate with legal counsel to review evidence and make recommendations for settlement
- Communicate with clients, agents, and other professionals throughout the claims process
- Negotiate settlements with policyholders in accordance with insurance regulations and company policies
- Prepare detailed reports documenting findings and recommendations for further action
- Stay updated on changes in insurance policies, regulations, and industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience as an Insurance Claims Adjuster or in a similar role
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of insurance laws, regulations, and policies
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
