We are a construction company based in Las Vegas seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. Your duties will include measuring and cutting materials, installing windows and doors, building frameworks and structures, and ensuring that all work is completed according to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in carpentry, strong knowledge of construction materials and methods, and the ability to interpret blueprints. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut and shape wood according to specifications
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings and trim
- Read blueprints to determine project requirements
- Inspect structures to ensure they are up to code
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Collaborate with other construction workers on projects
- Adhere to safety practices at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in carpentry
- Proficient in using hand tools such as saws, chisels,and hammers
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Excellent time management skills
- Physical stamina to handle long hours on the job site
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:
- Trade school education in carpentry or related field
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects
- Knowledge of building codes
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Compensation:
Salary: $1200 per week
