Office Manager

We are in search of a dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Salalah. As the Office Manager, you will oversee daily administrative tasks and ensure the smooth running of our office. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments, maintaining records and files, handling correspondence, and assisting with financial tasks such as budgeting and invoicing. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Prior experience in office management or administration is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month. Biometric passport is required. Canadians are preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply for this English-speaking job without accommodation.
