Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, including corporate accounts and travel agencies
- Conduct site visits and provide exceptional customer service to potential clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotions
- Monitor market trends and competition to adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and upcoming opportunities

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
- Must be willing to relocate to Salalah, Oman

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month plus commission, as well as accommodation. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with experience in hotel sales or related fields.
