Indian Concierge in Salalah, Oman
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Indian Concierge to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance to our guests throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations and bookings for guests as requested
- Handle guest enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Arrange transportation services for guests as needed
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked reception area
- Offer personalized recommendations based on guest preferences and needs
- Ensure the safety and security of guests at all times
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proven experience as a concierge or in a similar customer service role is an advantage but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or tourism degree is a plus
- Strong knowledge of local area and attractions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
