Office Manager
The ideal candidate for this position will be a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent communication and time-management skills. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office in Khasab, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ordering new supplies as needed
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team
- Monitor and maintain office equipment and ensure they are in good working condition
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries or directing them to the appropriate person
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping
- Assist with drafting correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Train new employees on office procedures and policies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven work experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: $1000 per month
Location: Khasab, Oman
